If you have met all the requisites set out, based on existing guidelines, you will still be eligible for HDB loan. And it is definitely a good time to look into switching from HDB loan to a bank loan given the existing low interest rates. If you require banker contacts to speak to regarding the refinancing option, feel free to let me know as I am working with a panel of bankers from local to international bank.

Yes it is possible to apply for HDB loan again for your next house as long as you are able to meet the eligibility conditions. It is wise to switch from HDB loan to bank loan now because the interest rates are very attractive with fixed rates of 1.2%

Hi Ghaz,

Yes its possible, as long as you have not taken more than 2 HDB loans in your lifetime, and the income monthly is less than $14k per month, and do not own any private property. It is ideal to switch to bank loan now as you can lock in lower interest rates for the next 3 to 5 years depending on the bank package you take up.
