valuation for such a similar unit as yours will be $370k to $390k.

If you are really keen is selling your unit, I will recommend to do a formal valuation which costs $170.50 only.

Valuation for your unit is estimated $380k to $390k.

If you are serious in selling, i would advise you to do a HDB valuation. I can assist you on that.
