In order to will the flat to your children who are below 21 years of age, then you will have to leave the property to your children on trust. If you are not familiar with how trust works, maybe I can request for you to contact me and I can give you a brief explanation of what it Is about. After that I can also arrange for you to speak to a solicitor if you are interested. Just to disclaim that I do not earn any referral fees at all.
