Yes it is possible, and usually such cases are possible only when your sale price is higher than your purchase price.

Your existing property is HDB or private? What do you intend to do next? HDB or private?

We need to run through some numbers to assess whether is it possible to sell and buy a place without touching any savings.

Do bear in mind that buying a HDB will require up to $5000 option deposit, $120 valuation fee, $80 resale application etc.

Buying a private will require you to fork out 5% cash initially.
