Can we have a private agreement to allow seller to go ahead with the extension of stay without informing HDB? Is this illegal? Or can we request for late submission of seller's OTP ? Can seller wait for the sales proceed first from us and submit the OTP later ?
- If we would like to maintain the good seller-buyer relationship, can we offer a rental aid to seller to incentives them to move out of the house without granting an extension of stay?
