Can we buy bto flat for the 3rd time?

Hi,
Every Singaporean has up to 2 chances to get a "subsidised flat". If you had previously gotten BTO twice, I'm afraid you cannot get for a 3rd time.
You might want to look into the resale market or even private residential properties.
