Can we buy a resale HDB flat before we married? We are planning to married but we want to buy a flat first. We both holding PR.

Hi Alex. You can buy a resale flat if you listed your fiance as a co-applicant or occupant.
You and your fiance must:
register your marriage with the Registry of Civil Marriages or Registry of Muslim Marriages (as applicable), and
submit your marriage certificate to the HDB within 3 months from the date of taking possession of the flat.
