Hi, for both of you as a married couple and also a PR, both of you have to cross the 3rd year PRship before you are eligible to purchase a HDB unit.

    We are now actually more than 2 years, which is in 3rd year. Do you mean we have to entering 4th year so we can buy?

Afternoon,

Both SPR buyers must fulfilled 3 years on their SPR status before they are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit.

The OTP date must be later than 3 years of your PR fulfilled.
