Can two married SPR buy a second resale HDB after MOP?

Hi Mary,
You are only allow to owe one HDB at any one time, regardless whether you met the MOP. If you plan to keep the HDB, you will have to go for Private condo as your 2nd property.

According to HDB regulations, you will only be allowed to own 1 HDB flat at any one time. An alternative will be to purchase a condo after you have met the MOP for your current HDB flat.
