Can stay NTS pass holder in hdb?

Hi Kumar,
NTS is a type of WP thus the regulations in place applies. You can refer to https://www.hdb.gov.sg/residential/renting-out-a-flat-bedroom/renting-out-your-flat/eligibility for the eligibility criteria.
