Afternoon Mary,

You are required to write to HDB, along with your supporting documents, and request for the provision for rental. HDB will grant approval on case by case basis.
Do note that provision period granted during rental is not considered into the MOP period.

Hi Mary,

All you need to do is to write an email to HDB to put up the request, please attach supporting documents. Once the approval is granted, you will need to get a POA to represent during your absence.

However, pls noted that the period on rental will not contribute to the MOP.
