Hi Irry,

Public Scheme requires at least 2 applicants or occupiers who are Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents. If there is only 1 such applicant, then it will be under Non-Citizen Family Scheme.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Hi,

1) Under current HDB's eligibility scheme, the normal situations are when buying with LTVP:
(a) Non-Citizen Spouse
(b) Non-Citizen Family Scheme.
2) Public scheme needs at least 1x SC + 1x PR or 2x SC or 2x PR all above 21 yrs old.
3) However, you are right that there is a fine print under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme that if you include your SC child as an occupier you are eligible under Public Scheme.
4) The only condition is there shall not be any changes to the people listed in your application. You are not allowed to replace anyone in the application at a later time.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards
