Can some one please enlighten me on the cash involving buying a New EC and a Private condo/resale EC ?
This is what I gather:
New EC : 5% cash - Bank
5% Option Fees - Developer
Private/ resale EC = 5%
If that's the case, why did the govt claim that EC is much affordable for 1st timer who feel that private condo is out from their reach ? Cash involved is much more isn't it ?
Can someone correct me if I'm wrong ? I'm confused. 'cos I'm looking for a property that do not involved too much cash. We can only apply for Bank loan. Thus, buying a HDB flat will therefore incur more cash..5% + COV..
