Good evening buyer,

I will love to assist you with your enquiry but seems like the terms you are using are super confusing.

Resale HDB meant BTOs that fulfill 5 years of minimum occupation period and can be sold in resale market.

BTOs are HDBs sold directly by HDB. Sale of balance flats are sold under BTO application as well.

If you are referring to resale BTO, most of us will refer it as resale HDB.

Are you referring to sale of balance flats?

    I am referring to those 5 years ago above BTO HDB flats. Just want to make clear whether single can buy these resale BTO HDB flat.

    I know and I understand singles are not allow to buy new BTO HDB flat from HDB. Why single has to pay more to live in Singapore?
