Can non-singaporean buy HDB flats??

Hi Jennies,
You have to be a citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident in order to purchase HDB flats, either new or from resale market. Other than that, you can only consider pte properties (condominiums).
You can check www.hdb.gov.sg under Eligibility to Buy for more info.
