If you are a Singaporean, you are eligible to purchase a HDB resale flat with your non-citizen wife.
However, take note that loan-wise, it will only be based on your sole income, as your wife can only be listed as an essential occupier, not a co-owner. Hence, she is not able to take a loan for the HDB flat.
