Yes, SPR couple can own any private property in Sg.. There is no restrictions of how big the unit can you own, it basically voiced down to your finances / loan eligibility... Dear sir/madam,

SPR couple can purchase private residential home in Singapore, where Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty is applicable at 5% on top of normal stamp duty applicable for all purchases.

Loan eligibility will be subjective of both your age and individual income where an income weighted average age will be derive to find out on how much loan you are eligible for.

Do take note that the minimum cash component upfront required for a private residential home purchase is 5% of the value or purchase price, whichever is lower. If purchase price is higher than the valuation of the property, the difference will be paid for in cash.

Yes, SPR couple can purchase a non-landed private residential property in Singapore.

There is no restrictions on the size of the property you can buy, but only for landed properties, you will need to seek approval from the relevant authorities.

The property you purchase depends on your budget set aside, and your loan eligibility amount. Do take note that you will need to set aside some funds for BSD and ABSD too.
