Good evening Manian,

Foreigner are eligible to be an occupier if Singaporean spouse buys a HDB under non citizen spouse scheme.

If it's an individual or foreigner couple, they are not eligible to purchase public housing.

Alternative will be to look into the private segment. Will you be keen to explore this option as well?

Hi Manian,

You are only eligible to purchase a HDB resale flat if both you and your wife has been PR for 3 years or more.

If you do not meet the requirement, you might need to look at private condos for your purchase.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305 . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
