Can I use my parent's CPF to buy a private property in my sole name?

Hi, I'm afraid you can't. If it is under your ownership, then it is to be purely under your account.

Unfortunately you can't, if that persons cpf is used for the property, his/her name needs to be included as the owner of the property. Thanks and hope to assist further with your housing plans.
