Hi,

The 5% cash downpayment for new EC cannot be funded by the CPF grant, you have to use your own cash.

Whether you are eligible for EC grant, depends on your monthly household income and whether you are a 1st-timer purchasing.

Which new EC are you considering? May I have the opportunity to understand your housing plans further to value-add? Plenty of value-buys in the EC market now. Thanks and hope to assist further.

5% booking fee must be in cash and cant use CPF housing grant to pay for it.

You can apply for PF housing grant provided you are first timer and your income is up to $12k income ceiling.
