Can I transfer my HDB to my brother (single,SPR)? Current HDB is owned by me(single,SC) and my mom(widowed,SC) about 10 years ago. Can I transfer my HDB if my brother's OA CPF does not reach my refund amount?

Hi Jaselin,

do contact me so I can assist you further. The transfer is possible if you retain your Mother as an occupier or a co owner.

You can do it by way of transfer or thru sales. There are other things like loan redemption, cpf refunds etc to take note.

Most importantly do contact me so i can share and advise you on the options you have based on your current intention and situation.
