Can I sublet some rooms in my HDB apartment in Pasir Ris. I am PR resident now. Till last month, I had sublet the whole flat after completing MOP.

Evening Hariharan,

Under the current ruling, PR are not eligible to rent out the entire unit unless they are overseas assignment. You can however rent out the common rooms where approval from HDB is not required.
