1) Unfortunately, this is not up to you.
2) There is this CPF board to answer to.
3) Giving away property has certain conditions to meet.
(a) No outstanding loan
(b) Never utilized CPF on the property
4) Thus if you intend to give away more to your wife, this has to highlight to your lawyer before the court issue the final court order.
5) You can buy an HDB under Single Scheme, as long as you are an SC, at or above 35 yrs old, and do not own any property.
