Can i show my marriage cert to HDB 6 months after the resale application completion date when accepting grants? I see lots of conflicting information where some say you can still appeal to differ due to COVID while some say that the cert needs to be produced before the grants can be issued.

Are you purchasing under fiance scheme? Grants are issued before the purchase completion which means it will be issued before your marriage. Marriage certificate have to be produced within 3 months from purchase completion. I have a similar concern of another of my client who requires more time to produce the marriage certificate. Generally HDB are flexible on this. I am specialised in HDB transactions and a vast majority on my clients managed to secure a house without any COV despite the seller market situation nowadays.
