Hi,
Those property under lease of 60 years old possess restriction as follow:
(i) Age: your age + remaining lease must be equal or greater than (=>) 80.
(ii) Withdrawal limits, this shall dependent on your age, the younger you are, the lower amount of CPF can be withdraw for housing. Only if you have reached 54 and above, this withdrawal limit will not be affected.
There is a calculator on the percentage of CPF can be used for property below 60 years. You may search for this under CPF.gov.sg, search for withdrawal limit calculator.
