    Thank you for your reply. I am intending to buy a condo unit but I don't have enough down payment. I need to sell my current 3rm hdb corner unit at Holland Ave. Do I need to excercise the OTP for the bank to grant the bridging loan? How many percent of purchase price is the bank able to loan?
