Hi,

I assme your 5 year MOP is met. You will need to rent out your own hdb unit as well within 1 month of renting another flat. You can also choose to sell the existing flat first.

I do not understand what you are trying to ask. Do you mean while you are awaiting to collect keys for your BTO, you intend to rent a HDB? Yes, this is possible, however, what do you mean in the second part of question that after successfully rent then sell away current flat?

Do you mean that you have an existing HDB? So you will be renting a place first to settle in, before selling your current property while waiting for the keys to your BTO?
