Hi, I'm sorry that you can't put up an ad here as this portal is more for those paid subscriber. But you could do it thru newspaper and free website like Gumtree. Having an agent to assist you will save you much time and also to avoid unnecessary trouble and hiccups. So I would encourage you to reconsider marketing on your own. Dear seller,

You are unable to put up advertisement on PropertyGuru as an individual seller to sell your HDB. PropertyGuru only allows registered salesperson with paid accounts to put up their listings for sale or rent. Other avenues like Classifieds, Gumtree and other free marketing portals or even Facebook may help.

I read that you have bad experience from your previous experience but I can say that not all salespersons are the same and I would say if you do not commit to an exclusive agreement for marketing your property for sale, you can still leverage on the professional network of a salesperson while still trying to sell via your own marketing efforts, since there is no commission payable if no transactions are done. The more important objective is to sell your HDB at the right price for you to move on to other plans. I hope you will consider my proposition and get in touch with me if you are agreeable.
