You may be eligible for CPF Housing Grant, Enhanced Housing Grant, and Proximity Housing Grant.

These Grants are tiered, not fixed. The amount that you can qualify depends on certain criteria like monthly household income, and proximity to your parents/children's place etc.

Hi,

In the most recent announcement from Ministry of National Development, they had simplified the past complicating grants available so as to assist in HDB resale.
Current grants available for resale HDB are as follow:
1) CPF Family Grants
2) Enhanced CPF Housing grant
3) Proximity grant

SC + PR forms a family nucleus in the eye of HDB. However you must be eligible for the grants:
1) your hubby PR status must be equal or more than 3 yrs
2) This is your first application, i.e. both of you never purchase any BTO or bought a resale with grants.
3) If any of you enjoy subsidary from BTO or resale with grant, you may only eligible for half or lesser as illustrate below.

Grants amount:
1) CPF Family grants = $40k
2) Enhanced CPF Housing grant = Up to $40k if monthly household income less than $750
3) Proximity grant = Up to $30k if staying with parents
