yes, first 5percent cash necessary, plus stamp duty payable when exercising option(which the paid up front stamp duty can be refunded via CPF board in post dated).. And also 5th to 20th percent is cpf or cash...

•If you are taking a bank loan, the down payment will be as follow:
 5% - Cash
 15% - Cash or CPF

This is provided this is your first home bank loan and/or you have no outstanding home bank loan?

Since you are taking bank loan, there is no income ceiling.

When you have sourced for your desired flat to purchase, please check on Proportion of your ethnic group and SPR quota

If you are buying a resales HDB flat under the single scheme, please check on the following eligibility criterias:

1)Are you a Singaporean?
2)a. Unmarried - Are you aged 35 years old at the time of submitting the application?
b.Widowed – 21 years old
c.Orphan – 21 years old (One of the parents must be SG citizen or SG PR)
3) There is no income ceiling if you are not taking CPF Grant and/or HDB loan.
Please note that you, your co-applicants and any occupiers listed must dispose your private residential property within 6 months from the completion of the purchase of the resale flat.
