Can I join my single son to purchase HDB Flat. I am married

Hi Josephine,
Do you own any HDB unit at the moment?
If yes, it's a no as one person is only allowed to own a HDB flat at any one time.
If no, he is able to purchase a unit with his parents (which means you and your husband) under public scheme.
but if he is a singaporean and at least 35 years old, he can purchase a resale HDB flat under Single Singaporean Scheme.
