Hi Rain, nope you can't. You have to fulfill the MOP of the current hdb unit before you are eligible to purchase overseas property.

You can't unless you fulfill your MOP before you can purchase a private property be it in Singapore or overseas.

If you are thinking of investment, probably can switch your focus to commercial or industrial property.
