can i get this 3s,blk 878 yishun.st.81 unit as the abovesaid latast transactions of s$248,000? what is your actual amount? the last question i ask is this unit is fully renovated and is there any lift upgrading? in this advertisement i did not see any property agents.can the relevant property guru can you answer my enquiry. please dont say i am not in that position to answer these questions.

I am not sure which property advertisement you are referring to as I cannot find any matching unit to assist you in your doubt.

Perhaps you would like to copy the link of the advertisement and send to me via email at lim.geryl@yahoo.com.sg.

I have basically did a quick check in last transacted price for a similar unit along the same street. For a unit in BLK 830, it was transacted at $310,000 in Dec 2010.
