Can i get resale straight after canceling my BTO. (Already sign lease of agreement, waiting for keys). because the restriction say cannot get resale with grants for 1 year. does it mean I can get resale if it is without the grant.

Hi, yes you still can go ahead to purchase a resale flat but without any grant.

Hi

Yes you may get a resale without grant but not advisable if you are not in an urgent need as the penalty period is only 1 year. With demand for HDB on a high now, some sellers are requesting for 3 months extension which means you will only get the key 6 months after optioning for a flat.
