My word of advise, since you will be a DIY buyer without paying any commissions to any salesperson here. Monitor the listings section where you can call up the listing agent or look through the newspaper daily and call up any possible owner listings to search for your desired property.

I do understand that you may belong to the group of buyers who have limited cash for purchase, however, being a professional salesperson whose livelihood depends on this job, we need to be paid for a job done in order to feed our families as much as I understand you need to do so too.
