Can I engage more than 1 agent? Will I have to pay for 2 agent fee?

Good morning owner,
You can engage as many agents as you like and just have to pay commission to that agent that seals the deal but you might not be able to attain your ideal sales price or rental.
When there's more agents in the picture, most of them will advertise as low as possible to attract clients in turn which is not beneficial to you if the closing price is not what you wish for.

There are many things you should consider in engaging the services of a salesperson, as we do understand that it is not easy to understand how we work and to place an exclusive agreement with a marketing agent whom you could have only know him or her for 15 minutes. It is important to listen more to what individual marketing agent can propose to market your property and what is the stand out factor in engaging their services instead of others.
