Good morning owner,

You can engage as many agents as you like and just have to pay commission to that agent that seals the deal but you might not be able to attain your ideal sales price or rental.

When there's more agents in the picture, most of them will advertise as low as possible to attract clients in turn which is not beneficial to you if the closing price is not what you wish for.

Hope my opinion aid in your decision making.

If you need further assistance or advice in your property needs, feel free to contact me. Cheers!

Hi,

Yes you can, but engaging more than 1 agent may not always help you to close the deal faster. Thanks and hope to assist with your plans further.

Hi,
You only pay commission to the agent that closed the deal. There are disadvantages of engaging more agent to market you property.
To assist and advise you more in details, kindly drop me an email for me to share.

Dear sir/madam,

You may consider engaging multiple salesperson for the marketing assignment, however, I am curious why are you considering this option?

There are many things you should consider in engaging the services of a salesperson, as we do understand that it is not easy to understand how we work and to place an exclusive agreement with a marketing agent whom you could have only know him or her for 15 minutes. It is important to listen more to what individual marketing agent can propose to market your property and what is the stand out factor in engaging their services instead of others.

If you are available, I will be glad to share more with you on how we carry out our assignments if you can furnish more details of what you are considering.

Hi there!

Yes, you can engage as many agents as you want. Question is will they all be committed to you and marketing your property, compared to a sole agent who has proven track record and has your interests in mind. You only pay the agent who successfully brings you the deal.

Hope this helps!
