Can I check whether can you still buy resale HDB if you already purchase a BTO flat. Because the BTO completion date is in 7 years time, me and my wife would like to buy a resale flat to stay while waiting for the BTO. Please kindly advise.

Hi,

Should you decide to purchase a HDB resale flat, you will have to give up your BTO application. You will also need to serve a 5-year MOP for your resale flat before being able to apply for another BTO flat.
