Afternoon,

Since you have engaged an agent, they would have submitted the seller checklist before you issued the option. Now that the OTP have being submitted, your agent would have registered his details, along with the checklist. Should you choose the change an agent now, with the OTP being inked, he can only assist you officially. However, I would believe that you have signed the commission agreement with your current agent. That might be abut tricky to handle.

Hi, could I know what's the reason behind changing of agent? I believe you would have already signed the commission agreement form and you would still need to pay that agent should there be a change of agent assisting you.

Hi

NO: You are not allowed to change the salesperson if you have already signed the commission agreement form.

YES: You need to discuss with your salesperson & their agency about your concerns. First, settle the outstanding issues amicably if any, before you proceed. Because you already entered in a contract this option is not advisable. Note that it is a complex and time-consuming process.

WARNING: This is not Do It Yourself (DIY) option. You need professional help from a legal advisor.

Greetings,
