Can i cancel the sales Exclusive with agent 1 and sell the house on my own to another person.
Since the agent 1 cannot get a buyer and i am looking on my own and fixing with another person(e.g my friend)

Is this an issue after sales exclusive cancellation?is this legally allowed?

Please advise.

Hi,

I do agreed with Miki that you need to wait for the exclusive to expire before you want to engage other agent to sell your flat.

There may be other factors that your agent 1 been facing which prevent him from getting a buyer for u. You may talkt o your agent again to resolve the problem. Read More
