Unfortunately no, as you can only officially do the paperwork to purchase only on or after the MOP date is fulfilled. Hope the above clarifies. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so as to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

    yes, you are right, you are only able to make your move after your current HDB has achieved MOP. If you intend to purchase another HDB before selling the current one, you will need to ensure you have the necessary funds to complete the purchase before the sale, and the sale has to be done within 6 months of taking possession of your purchased HDB.

Hi,

1) You will need to register an intent to buy when you wanted to buy a resale HDB flat.
2) You will find that you are unable to perform this on the HDB web as the system will know that your current HDB flat has not met the MOP once you sign in with your Singpass.
3) For the new EC, I believed the selling agent who assists in filling in the e-form for you will be professional enough not to submit it for you.
4) As for resale EC, unless the seller is doing a DIY selling. A selling agent will not allow the seller to issue an OTP to you before your HDB flat met its' OTP.
