Yes you can purchase a resale HDB after selling off a private residential property, however if you are planning to purchase a BTO unit or direct from HDB, you will need to sit out a 30 months period before you are eligible.

Yes, you can. In fact, you can even purchase the HDB flat before selling the private property if you have sufficient funds to do it. You can purchase the HDB flat first and then dispose off the private property within 6 months upon the purchase. Do take note that ABSD for second property is not applicable for HDB flat purchases.

You may buy any resale HDB after selling your private property. You are able to purchase the HDB before selling the property property as well if you do not need the sales proceeds of the private property to fund your HDB purchase.

It is ideal to time the sale of your private property back to back with the the purchase of the HDB so that you can minimise the cash outlay for the HDB and not need an interim housing solution during the interim period.

Oh yes you definitely can purchase your HDB after you sell your private property. In fact you can purchase your HDB flat even before you sell your private property but you will have 6 months to dispose off your private property within 6 months upon the completion of sale for your HDB. Do note that you cannot purchase a BTO flat now as there is a time bar period of 30 months after disposing off the private property. So if you wish to purchase a HDB immediately then you will have to look at the resale HDBs.
