2. After you buy Executive Condominium directly from developer, you will need to dispose of your HDB flat within 6 months of key collection.
3. Which area that you prefer and how many bedrooms?

Hi,

1) You shall be eligible to purchase a new EC after fulfilling the MOP of your current flat.
2) It is great that you didn't apply for a grant in this resale HDB flat purchase. So you don't have to worry about the resale levy.
3) Do note you cannot keep your HDB flat upon collecting the key for your completed EC. You will be need to sell off the current HDB within 6 months of key collection.

YES, you can buy a new launch EC if you have met your HDB MOP requirements AND your combined income with your spouse is less than 16k per month.

If you have a Singaporean and at least another SPR in your family nucleus, you will be eligible to apply for a brand new EC after you had fulfilled your 5-year MOP for your current HDB flat.

If your HDB if held under other Schemes like Single Scheme or Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme, you will not be eligible to apply for an EC.
