Yes you may form a family nucleus with your daughter and apply for a BTO. However do take note of the future consequence. Should your daughter get married in the future, she might have difficulty in buying a house together with her husband. I have encountered many such cases in my line of work. Yes, you can do so under Public Scheme, provided you meet all the other eligibility conditions of applying for a BTO flat, i.e not more than twice subsidized housing, income ceiling not exceed $14k etc.
