You Can Only Buy A 2-Room Flexi Built-To-Order (BTO) Or Resale Flat. Under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme, Singaporeans with foreign spouses may only apply for 2-room flexi BTOs or resale flats. You may not apply for BTOs that are larger than 2-room flexi flats.

Hi,
1) You may buy a BTO under the Non-Citizen Spouse scheme but this will limit to a 2-rm flat in a non-mature estate.
2) This is the same as buying under the Single Citizen Scheme.
3) The only difference is your spouse must have at least a short-term visit pass and a Singpass so as to endorse the submitted to the HDB.
