Yes, you may. However do take note that apart from the normal stamp duty, an additional buyer stamp duty (ABSD) is applicable. The ABSD will be 30% of the purchase price.

Yes you are able to purchase. Foreigner will incur an additional tax rate (ABSD - additional buyer stamp duties) of 30% on top of the regular BSD (buyer stamp duties).
