Good evening buyer,

It depends but most of the time, you should be able to obtain mortgage from a bank in the country you are going to invest in. Local banks seldom provide loan for overseas investment.

May I know which country are you going to invest in so I will be in a better position to advise you further.

Warmest Regards,

Good evening buyer!

I am an agent with Global Alliance, and I have 5 years of experience in Mortgage (Financing of Local and Overseas Property).

Local banks do provide for financing of overseas property.

There are a few things to take note before you proceed to purchase:
1. Location of the property
2. Interest Rates
3. TDSR

Please feel free to contact me directly at +65 9799 0870  upon any clarifications and I will gladly be of service.

Thank you,
