For your case, how long have you being discharged from bankruptcy?
What is your current income and credit status?

This would be tough for you as bank would be unlikely to disperse any loan to you if you have bad credit record and being discharged for nothing more than 9 months.

It would be good to check with banker on your eligibility for loan and work out the possibility for the upgrade.
