Can hdb owner buy private property without selling their hdb flat?

Afternoon, SPR HDB owners are required to sell the HDB within 6 month from key collection for the private property. If you are SC household, you are eligible to keep your HDB, upon fulfilling MOP, while you purchase your second property. FYI Mike Lim 96929209
