Can government do anything to the COV? Answer is No! now even future, if you have enough cash, you can pay high cov, you can pick and choose the unit you like, anywhere,anytime. Is it fair to those who need house urgently but can afford to pay high cov? i don't think anybody can give solution.

Hi David,

I do sympathy those who can't afford the high COV, but nevertheless, occasionally there are still some with lower COV. Completedly no cash now is not possible, minimum a COV of $20K still exists in certain area.

Property market is a willing buyer, willing seller. For those that need house urgently, you may look to rent a unit first, while still on the lookout for a good buy.
