Foreigners are allowed to purchase non-landed private residential properties in Singapore, and depending on where they are from or what passports they are holding, they may be eligible to be exempted from Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty. Speak to a qualified consultant before your purchase and the agent fees can also be waived off for your home purchase here in Singapore.

1) Yes, a foreigner is allowed to buy a private condo in Singapore.
2) The only restriction on buying residential property is a foreigner is not allowed to buy landed residential property regardless of the lease type.
3) A foreigner can buy any lease type, 99yrs, 999 yrs, or freehold private condo in Singapore.

Yes foreigners are eligible to purchase private housing like condo or apartments and even landed in Sentosa.

But do take note there will be 30% additional buyer's stamp duty payable by foreigners on residential property purchase UNLESS your country has a free trade agreement with Singapore then you will be accorded with the same treatment as Singaporean.
